La villa è dotata di un ampio parco, fontane e rare varietà arboree, il vasto giardino è a ripiani che digradano al lago, con file di cipressi e di altri alberi. Le maestose terrazze del parco sono state costruite sopra smisurate volte e su muraglioni. Seguendo le balze della montagna e correggendole con contrafforti, con scavi, con riporti di terreno, si sono ricavati spiazzi molto suggestivi, collegati fra loro mediante scale di pietra, con statue e grandi vasi; ogni ripiano era sistemato ad aiuole regolari, all’italiana, con vasche, fontane, zampilli; qua e là balconate, chioschi e belvederi si aprono sugli splendori del lago.
La vegetazione era rigogliosa: grandi piante secolari si alternavano alla tipica macchia lacustre, attualmente a causa di manomissioni l’originaria opulenza è stata alterata.
