La villa venne costruita alla fine del Settecento sui resti di un antico convento e poi più volte ristrutturata. Fu di proprietà della Famiglia Fontana tra la fine del 1700 e l’inizio del 1800. In seguito la proprietà passò ai Mondolfo che apportarono alcune modifiche alla struttura.
Attualmente di proprietà della famiglia De Santis, ha subito recentemente un restauro conservativo.
The villa was built in the late eighteenth century on the ruins of an ancient monastery and then restored several times. It was owned by the Fontana family in the late 1700s and early 1800. Later the property passed to Mondolfo that made some design changes.
